Fireworks burst out over the Pittsburgh skyline tonight as ICMA delegates who were on a riverboat dinner cruise ended the cruise at thethe confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers, where they merge to form the Ohio River and watched a fantastic fireworks display in our honor.
